Jamie is a Certified Epigenetic Performance Coach, Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, and a 200Hr RYT. Having completed 15 marathons, numerous half-marathons, 5Ks, off-road triathlons, and CrossFit competitions, and being a former D1 college athlete, Jamie knows first-hand the impact that proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and mental wellness have on performance.
Tara Marie is a Board Certified Holistic Health, Success, and Life Coach passionate about brain health, detoxification, and manifestation. Tara Marie is also a Certified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), Hypnosis, and TIME Techniques™ and holds additional certifications as a Toxicity and Detox Specialist and Second Degree Reiki.
