Imagine the warmth of sunlight gently soaking into your core—without the harmful rays. Our state-of-the-art full-spectrum sauna uses near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths to deeply penetrate tissues, stimulate detoxification, boost circulation, and support skin health and collagen production.
Unlike traditional steam saunas, infrared heat works from within, promoting a more efficient, comfortable, and effective sweat. Saltara’s eco-certified Basswood sauna features low EMF/ELF technology and carbon-ceramic heaters for a clean, healing experience designed to restore balance from the inside out.
Red light delivers the healing wavelengths of sunlight—without the heat or UV damage. This gentle, therapeutic light energizes your cells by stimulating the mitochondria, enhancing cellular repair, reducing oxidative stress, and supporting radiant skin from within.
When paired with near-infrared light, it becomes Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT)—a powerful blend used to boost circulation, accelerate healing, and promote healthy cell function. Originally developed by NASA, this light-based therapy offers a natural, science-backed way to nourish and restore the body at a cellular level.
Hundreds of peer-reviewed clinical trials have yielded positive results on infrared saunas and red light therapy (photobiomodulation). And the health benefits are vast!

Some reported health benefits of Red Light Therapy:
Contraindications for Infrared Sauna:
Individuals using Warfarin or other blood-thinning drugs should not use the sauna. Individuals using prescription drugs should seek the advice of their physician or a pharmacist for possible changes in the drug's effect when the body is exposed to infrared energy. Diuretics, barbiturates, and beta-blockers may impair the body’s natural heat-loss mechanisms. Some over-the-counter medicines, such as antihistamines, may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.
Contraindications for Red Light Therapy:
We recommend "stacking" wellness services to gain maximum health benefits. And the combination of Infrared Light with Red Light (photobiomodulation) is profound. That being said, you can use the Sauna withOUT the Red Light and vice-versa.
