Thai Yoga Bodywork is known to improve range of motion and flexibility, relieve pain and muscle tension, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and relax the body.

*Sessions are performed fully clothed on a Thai Yoga mat on the floor, so wear comfortable clothing that can stretch easily.
