Eileen’s yoga journey began after more than 30 years as a fitness instructor. In 2006, after leading a high-intensity boxing class, she decided to stay for the yoga class that followed. That simple choice became a turning point—revealing the profound connection between breath and movement and how this awareness can create calm not only on the mat but throughout daily life.
In 2013, Eileen completed her yoga teacher training with Powers Yoga and is registered through Yoga Alliance. She has taught as a guest instructor at resorts in Jamaica and at the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens in Vail, Colorado. She’s also trained with Nikki Myers and holds certifications in both 12-Step Recovery Yoga and Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga. Eileen is currently pursuing her 500-hour advanced yoga certification.
Her classes are designed to make every student feel welcome and empowered, fostering growth, connection, and a sense of community. Eileen’s sequences blend physical movement with emotional and spiritual depth, offering a well-rounded practice rooted in compassion and mindfulness. Grateful for the teachers who have guided her and the students who continue to inspire her, she often reminds her students:
“Each time we come to our mat, we leave something behind that no longer serves us—and take with us something that brings us more peace and serenity.”
Outside of teaching, Eileen holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and has worked as a middle school counselor. She finds joy paddle boarding, biking, and hiking with her husband, Andy, and their beloved dog, Bodhi.

A lover of serene spaces, she channels her passion for interior design into creating environments that reflect the peace of the natural world. She also enjoys crafting vegan meals and making her own plant-based skin creams and salt scrubs, embracing these everyday rituals as part of a harmonious, intentional lifestyle.
