Eileen's yoga journey began after over 30 years as a fitness instructor. In 2006, after teaching a high-intensity boxing class, she decided to stay for the following yoga class. After a few more classes, she enhanced her understanding of the link between the breath and movement and how awareness of the breath cultivates a sense of peace and calm that was not only useful on the mat, but serves as a tool in everyday life.
In 2013, Eileen completed her yoga teacher training with Powers Yoga and is registered through Yoga Alliance. She has been a guest instructor several times in resorts throughout Jamaica and the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens in Vail, Colorado. She also trained with Nikki Myers and is certified in 12-Step Recovery Yoga and Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga. Currently, she is studying for her 500-hour yoga certification.
Eileen strives to make each student feel welcome in her classes so that they can grow in their practice and feel a part of the yoga community. In her classes, you can expect a well-balanced sequence with a style that embraces yoga's physical, emotional, and spiritual components. She is eternally grateful for the teachers who have influenced her and the students she continually learns from. As she often reminds students: "Each time we come to our mat, we are able to leave something behind that no longer serves us and take with us something that brings us more peace and serenity."
Besides teaching yoga, Eileen has a master's degree in counseling and was employed as a middle school counselor. Her other hobbies include biking, paddle boarding, and hiking with her husband, Andy, and her dog Bodhi.

Kim is a holistic health practitioner, earning a Degree at Healing Hands Institute in 2006 as a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. There, she studied and practiced Shiatsu, a Japanese style of acupressure, along with other massage techniques. After learning and adding to her expertise through gyms and chiropractic offices, she found her love for Yoga and completed a 200-hour instructor course to become a Yoga instructor. During this time, she found more self-love and created Everlasting Health & Wellness, which included massage, Yoga, personal training, spin, and body sculpting.
Combining her skills and education with her continued love for wellness is where she found her own style of Yoga, a gentle approach. Kim aims to create a safe place for all students to achieve wholeness through Yoga and movement, with the addition of sound and stillness.
When not in the yoga studio or helping clients achieve their balance, you’ll find her spending time with her daughter and husband of 28 years on the dance floor or in the mountains hiking, biking, camping, and taking in the beauty of nature. Kim has a secondary passion for interior design that continues to inspire energies that motivate her to bring zen from the outdoors. She feels that cooking vegan for her family and creating natural skin creams, salt scrubs, and more is the perfect synergy for a healthy lifestyle. She looks forward to sharing her passions for well-being in her classes and creating an environment where Western and Eastern therapies combine into a perfect blend of mind, body, and soul.
