At Saltara Healing, we have an incredible team of certified yoga instructors with diverse backgrounds in yogic traditions. Most of our classes are rooted in Hatha, Raja, and Vinyasa styles, designed to help you connect your breath with movement while fostering meditation and energetic balance. We aim to guide you toward harmony in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, integrating this balance into your daily life.


Each class incorporates various techniques (called kriyas) to accelerate growth and healing on all levels. Kriyas are powerful yogic practices that include yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyāna), sacred sounds and chanting (Sanskrit mantras), and spiritual hand gestures (mudras). These practices work together to purify the body, calm the mind, and awaken spiritual energy, supporting your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Remember, it doesn’t matter where you are on your yoga journey—everyone comes to the mat with different levels of strength, flexibility, and balance, which can vary from day to day! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, we want you to feel safe, comfortable, and supported in your practice.


We understand that pain or discomfort may arise in certain poses, and that’s okay! We encourage you to listen to your body, adjust your posture, or take a break when needed. Yoga is not about perfection; it’s about being present and finding peace of mind.


In our classes, we incorporate various yoga elements, including Sanskrit chants, meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork, to help you experience the full benefits of yoga. We believe that pranayama (breathwork) is an essential part of yoga, so we encourage you to focus on your breath as you move through each pose, cultivating calm and awareness.


We have a NEW STUDENT SPECIAL, 21 days of unlimited yoga for $49. This is the perfect way to try as many classes as possible to see what works best for you and your schedule!

We recommend reserving your spot for yoga classes and other services in advance to ensure availability. We use MOMENCE, a user-friendly scheduling platform, for easy booking. For regular visits, you may find the MOMENCE app incredibly convenient for quick and seamless bookings:

You can easily book online for services such as Infrared Sauna and BioMat. 


For one-on-one services, such as acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, astrology, sound healing, etc, it is best to email support@saltarahealing.com 




  • All you need is a yoga mat! We have mats and props available for use and purchase.
  • Wear breathable, comfortable fabrics that allow for ease of movement. Avoid clothes that are too loose (which may bunch up) or too tight (which may feel restrictive).
  • For the best experience, wait 1-2 hours after eating before attending class. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after class, but try to avoid drinking during practice. According to Ayurveda, yoga activates the body's digestive fire, which helps break down food and drinking during practice can dilute this energy.
  • Please leave your shoes, phone, keys, and coats in the designated area near reception before entering the studio. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • If you are pregnant, have any physical limitations, injuries, or medical conditions, or if you prefer not to receive hands-on assistance, please inform the instructor before class so they can offer posture modifications or props to support you.



Welcome to our healing space! In the spirit of Saucha (purity) and Mauna (silence), we invite you to help us maintain a peaceful and mindful environment. ✨ Please keep the following in mind when arriving for your scheduled class or appointment:


  • Arrival Time: Arriving 5-10 minutes early is ideal, allowing you time to settle in and destress before class. If it’s your first visit, there may be forms to fill out.
  • Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk so we know who has arrived and whom we're still expecting.
  • Class Timing: We ask that you attend the full class. If you must leave early, please let the instructor know before class begins. Please avoid leaving during savasana (the final relaxation period). However, we encourage you to take a mini-savasana before you head out, if necessary!
  • Cell Phones: Please silence your phone and leave it outside the yoga room to fully disconnect. If you must keep it with you (e.g., for emergencies or have children at home), please keep it on silent nearby.
  • Mindfulness: Upon entering the studio, you may find other students meditating or resting. Please enter quietly, unroll your mat, and gather any props you need without disrupting the peaceful atmosphere.


We ask that you keep your voice low and embrace mindfulness, honoring the space and those around you. Thank you for your respect and cooperation in helping us maintain a serene environment.




At Saltara Healing, we are dedicated to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for everyone. We sanitize our studio, props, common areas, and equipment with botanical cleaners that are proven to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. Additionally, we regularly use incense and essential oils with natural antibacterial and antiviral properties to enhance the space.


To ensure the air in our studio remains free from harmful particulates, we use Intellipure Virus Air Purification Systems in every room. These advanced systems capture particulates 40 times smaller than those filtered by traditional HEPA filters, making them one of the most efficient virus air purifiers.


We also run the Sterile-Bright System, which uses patented Ultraviolet + Ozone technology to quickly and effectively neutralize 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores.


We are committed to providing our community with a safe and healthy environment. We also ask for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe:


  • Wash your hands and cover your cough or sneeze.
  • If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and rest.
  • If someone you’ve been in close contact with shows flu-like symptoms, please avoid scheduling an appointment or attending class.

Please review our cancellation policies for classes and services:


  • Yoga Classes: We require at least 2 hours notice to cancel a yoga class. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class will incur a full fee of $22.
  • SPA Suite Sessions (BioMat, Infrared Sauna): We require 4 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations made within 4 hours will incur a full fee of $45.
  • 1:1 Sessions (Yoga, Massage, Reiki, Acupuncture, etc.): We require 24 hours notice for 1:1 session cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee based on the cost of the service.


Please remember that we reserve space and time specifically for you when you book. If you miss your appointment, cancel after the required notice period, or don’t show up, we will fully redeem prepaid sessions or classes. Our practitioners may have waitlisted clients or need to travel and prepare for your session in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies.


Membership Cancellation Policy

  • Once your card is charged for the month, we are unable to retro-cancel.
  • There is no option to freeze or suspend your membership until after the initial 3-month term.
  • After the initial 3 charges, you may cancel your membership with at least 10 days' notice. If you do not provide the required notice, your membership will continue on auto-pay.
  • To begin the cancellation process, please email us at support@saltarahealing.




If you're pregnant and your healthcare provider has given you the green light to practice yoga, we recommend arriving early to your class and informing the instructor about the stage of your pregnancy and any specific concerns you may have. This will allow the instructor to offer posture variations and assist with props to ensure a safe and comfortable practice.


During pregnancy, your body produces a hormone called Relaxin, which loosens the joints and ligaments in preparation for birth. While this can make you feel more flexible, it also increases the risk of overstretching, soreness, or injury. Therefore, moving gently and avoiding pushing yourself too deeply into any posture is essential.


If you're new to yoga or have limited experience, prenatal yoga classes are often the best option. These classes are specifically designed to be gentle and safe for expectant mothers.


Many postures can still be safely practiced for those with an established yoga practice, though some may need modification or should be avoided. Here are some key guidelines:


  • Avoid poses that put pressure on the abdomen.
  • Intense backbends and forward bends should be avoided or modified.
  • Deep twists: Focus on "opening" from the shoulders rather than twisting from the waist.
  • Balance poses: Be cautious, especially if you didn’t have a yoga practice before pregnancy. Balance postures may need to be avoided to reduce the risk of falling.
  • Lying flat on your back: Later in pregnancy, this can pressure the vena cava, the largest vein in your body. Instead, rest on your left side using a bolster for support.

In the case of inclement weather, we typically follow the Warwick Valley school delays and closures, which are determined by local transportation staff, police, and district leaders. 


If our class schedule changes, we will promptly notify those who have signed up for classes or have scheduled appointments. We will also post updates on Momence, on social media, and/or text messages.
