Kim is a holistic health practitioner, earning her Degree at Healing Hands Institute in 2006 as a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. There, she studied and practiced Shiatsu, a Japanese style of Acupressure, along with other massage techniques.
Through 20 years of practicing massage therapy, Kim has experience in many modalities such as PNF Stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, a stretching technique utilized to improve muscle elasticity), Reiki, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Deep Tissue, Myofascial-Release, Medical Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and more.
Kim creates a safe space for her clients to achieve wholeness while relaxing and becoming one with Self, with the addition of scents, sound, and stillness. You can also find her teaching Friday morning's Gentle Stretch + Flow yoga class each week at Saltara.

Kim will apply a wide range of Shiatsu-style, Thai Yoga Massage, and PNF Stretching techniques to open and release the body's blocked energy.
Thai Yoga Massage is known to improve range of motion and flexibility, relieve pain and muscle tension, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and relax the body.
*Sessions are performed fully clothed on a Thai Yoga mat on the floor, so wear comfortable clothing that can stretch easily.
This rejuvenating experience will help release stress and tension, boost circulation, and detoxify while balancing and grounding the body and mind.
*Sauna session may also include red light therapy and halotherapy!
