Saltara Healing is where we build each other up and build resiliency and courage within. Yoga helps return us to our SELF - our most authentic form, our highest vibration. It connects us with the collective consciousness, raising the planet's vibration and beyond.
It doesn't matter where you are on your journey; we all come to the mat with different levels of strength, flexibility, and balance, even day-to-day! Every BODY is unique and will look different in each shape; what matters is how it feels for YOU. And whether you came to Yoga for physical, emotional, or spiritual reasons, the beautiful thing is that it brought you here, period.
